HOW WE WORK
Eight stages take every component from your drawing to dispatch.
We understand the product before we go into production — assessing its end use and ensuring all parameters are checked.
CR, HR and GI stock is prepared and staged across two production lines.
CNC laser and tube laser bring sheet, tube and plate to exact profile.
Turret punching, power presses and CNC bending form the component to specification.
VMC machining, SPM drilling and tapping complete precision features.
MIG, ARGON, spot and stud welding join the assembly, followed by assembling.
A rigid inspection team ensures zero defects, with batch-wise mock-ups where the product is critical.
Finished components are prepared for domestic supply and export.
QUALITY
We will ensure that your product meets the highest standard. We understand the product before we go into production, we assess its end use and ensure that all parameters are checked — and if necessary, a small mock-up is done batch-wise if the product demands and is critical.
